For towns & downtowns

Bring the live layer to your Main Street.

White-label the same live local layer that runs The Crawl Back — a live directory, event and happening publishing, and discovery, under your town’s own name. We start every town the same way: as a scoped pilot, not a platform migration.

What you get

The whole live layer, branded as yours.

  • Live Directory

Every business on your Main Street, always current — hours, offers, what's open right now.

  • Happening Publishing

Push an event or update the moment it's confirmed. Residents see it the moment it's live.

  • Discovery, Not a Feed

Residents and visitors get a curated view of your town — no algorithm burying what matters.

  • Your Brand

White-labeled under your town or organization's name. Town Circle is the engine, not the storefront.

Built for the whole town

For the people who hold local together.

  • Downtown Associations

Coordinate events, amplify what's happening, and keep every member business visible in one live layer.

  • Chambers of Commerce

Give member businesses a directory and happenings feed residents actually check.

  • Main Street Programs

Strengthen the connection between local businesses and the people they serve — live, not seasonal.

  • Event Organizers

Run town-wide happenings like The Crawl Back with a live schedule, route, and real-time updates.

The pilot package

What a pilot actually includes.

We scope every town’s pilot around one real event first — the same way we did with Davidson’s Crawl Back. Here’s the shape of it, plainly.

What’s included

  • A live directory listing set up for every participating business
  • Happening publishing for your event — schedule, route, and live updates
  • An organizer console to approve and manage what goes live
  • Real check-in and attendance numbers after the event
  • A direct line to us throughout — not a support ticket queue

What it isn’t

  • A signed, ongoing contract with your town government
  • Guaranteed adoption numbers or foot-traffic promises
  • Us recruiting and managing your Main Street businesses for you
  • A year-round managed rollout on day one — pilots start scoped to one event

How it runs

  1. 01

    Talk

A conversation about your town, your businesses, and what you're trying to solve.

  2. 02

    Scope

We agree on one concrete pilot — usually a single flagship event, like The Crawl Back.

  3. 03

    Set up

Businesses get listed, happenings get published, the organizer console gets handed over.

  4. 04

    Run it

Live schedule, live route, real-time updates the day of.

  5. 05

    Debrief

Real check-in numbers, what worked, and what a next step (or a bigger pilot) looks like.

There’s no fixed number of weeks we quote up front — the timeline scopes around your event date once we’re talking.

What you bring

The event or occasion, the relationships with your Main Street businesses, and approval on what publishes under your name.

What we bring

The platform, the setup work, the organizer console, and support before, during, and after — the same team, not a rotating help desk.

What determines price

Pricing is scoped per town, not a fixed tier — driven mainly by how many businesses are participating, whether it’s a single flagship event or an ongoing directory, and how much setup and onboarding support you need from us. We’ll put together an actual number once we know your scope. See /pricing for the general shape.

The exact pilot we're running

Davidson, NC — our first town.

What’s actually approved and running: a co-sponsored pilot with Davidson, NC centered on one flagship event, The Crawl Back, Saturday October 24 on South Main Street — a live schedule, an interactive route, and real-time updates from every stop. That’s the real, current scope. It’s not a signed town-wide contract, and we’re not claiming Davidson has adopted Town Circle as an everyday program yet — this pilot is how we’ll find out together whether it should.
